Basically, REXXON's milling machine R series has a full cast structure. Since it was designed to minimize the variables that may occur when using the equipment such as vibration and deformation by using engineering calculation through computer simulation and external professional agency during structure design, the problem caused by vibration during precision machining and deformation problem such as machine distortion that can be seen in welding frames were solved.
R Series includes a water-cooled high frequency spindle of up to 50,000 RPM, 3.4 Kw as a basic spindle. Adopting hybrid ball bearing to realize high run-out, it can be applied to various fields without any difficulties and provides high quality. The holder type of a basic spindle is HSK-E25 dual contact holder type, boasting high accuracy at high RPM. In this case, foreign matter entering the contact area between the spindle and the holder causes a problem in precision. Therefore, it is the most important to prevent foreign matter from entering the toolholder contact area in the tool exchange unit in the tool change situation or at ordinary times. The automatic tool unit of REXXON R Series cuts off foreign substances entering the tool exchange unit by applying the door cylinder system, so the user can continue the machining quickly, precisely and stably. In addition, REXXON's tool exchange unit performs stable tool exchange by applying the sliding method.
